Here are some frequently asked questions.

Do I have to send the box or charger?

We will gladly take boxes and chargers that you no longer use but you do not have to send them in.  They do not add value to your order.

 

Do you buy iCloud locked iPhones?

No, we do not purchase any devices that are iCloud locked. Even damaged we do not buy iCloud locked phones. If you send in an iPhone that is iCloud locked you will not receive payment for it nor will we send it back. Please do not send in any iCloud locked iPhones.  Contact us with any additional questions you may have.

 

Do you buy phones that still have a balance owed?

Hi yes, we buy phones that are still being financed for 50% of the price you see.

 

What happens if I send in the wrong phone?

 

If you do not know what phone you have please contact us first before placing an order. If you send us the wrong phone and the value is $0 we charge a $20 return your phone fee.  Please do not send us the wrong phone on purpose hoping to get something for it because we will not send any payments for older broken phones.

What happens if you change my quote after you receive it?

If your phone is received and has damage not listed or is a different model then we will contact you via email with a new offer amount.  We will also call you if you do not respond to the email. You have 5 business days to accept the new offer.  If you agree with the new amount the payment will be issued asap. If you disagree then you have the option of getting your phone back for a $10 processing fee.

Can I get my phone back?

Please be 100% sure you are ready to sell your phone when you send it in.  We cannot send phones back if you sent the wrong model.  If your offer price changes we will notify you via email.  If you disagree with the new offer then we charge a $20 return shipping fee.  Please be sure you are ready to sell your device when you place your orders or call us if you have more questions. If you disagree then you have the option of getting your phone back for a $20 processing fee.

Do I have to take out my sim card before I send it in?

No but please remove it if you can.  SIM cards contain data like all of your contacts phone numbers. We erase all that come in.

 

How do I know when I get paid?

We will email you to let you know when payment has been sent.  You can always check your order status on the My Account page.

 

Do you buy phones in bulk?

Yes, we buy phones in bulk.  Same processing time for 2 to 100 phones. Get paid in 1 day.  For larger orders over 100 phones we will communicate directly with you with an ETA.

 

My Phone is REALLY POOR Condition, will I get the poor amount or less?

If it’s really bad like bent frame, smashed, water damaged you will get around 25% to 50% of the poor price depending on those factors.
